100 Word Challenge Week #5
My most treasured item sits in my room. It is shiny and you can hold it in your hand. It is given to someone when they achieve something spectacular. Most of the time it is gold, but sometimes in can be silver or bronze. Moms and dads are very proud when you are bestowed this. It's important to me because it was the first achievement I've had swinging with all my might. I was given one more a couple of years later. Sports players are given this when they have been the best player in that game...

ReplyDeleteI am guessing your most precious item is a softball trophy. I like the vocabulary you have used e.g. spectacular, bestowed, and achievement. I also appreciate the way you have written, 'swinging with all my might'; you transport your reader right to the game watching you hit the ball.
